Chi – Mind, Body & Spirit – Established in 2004
Started initially in North Devon UK, in a rural village as a Holistic and Spiritual centre facilitating holistic therapies and treatments for men and woman, with a very popular and extensive holistic and spiritual physical shop, that brought the most heart felt aligned and authentic products, resources, gifts for goodness, wellbeing & self care. Selling many of the products that are available here today for you.
This was not a ‘well known’ concept back then and many thought that our founder, Tracee Cullen was a ‘little out there’ starting this and a ‘lot weird’ with her intuitive offerings.
Her determination, trust in her calling and free spirit, has led the way.
Today, 21 years later the business has evolved beyond what could be imagined at that linear time… Offering at Chi – Mind, Body and Spirit, training, teachings, spiritual development classes, healing, meditation, workshops & groups since 2008, worldwide Spiritual Retreats in India, Sri Lanka, Greek Islands, Glastonbury, Devon, Wales & Cornwall since 2011, an online academy and community known as the High Dimension® Portal created from scratch, so that it remains ‘independent’, in 2017.
The vision remains firm, in light and Tracee still personally hand picks products and resources for this Holistic and Spiritual website and also continues her own personal quest, spiritual pathway, and facilitates Meditation Teacher Training courses, holding space, channelled guidance, mentoring and sacred teachings for souls experiencing Spiritual Awakening. Intentionally aligned to ‘new Earth’ Energy, creating the world that we DO WANT, and so empowering others and inspiring them to walk their own path, to live the life they came to live, the catalyst, through her transformational Signature Courses online are self paced with ‘in person’ LIVE teachings too.

Our mission is to HOLD SPACE & continue to bring Authentic resources, authentic tools, Support for personal & Spiritual development, accessible and achievable for everyone.
We always do our very best to honour the most natural resources, products and prices to bring you BALANCE, and insight for you to choose, but knowing and trusting that the choices we provide, are all sourced well and ethically. In fact many suppliers Tracee has visited in person in India, pre the ‘2020 disruption’… Many of our suppliers have been small family businesses and shipped to the UK, others are sourced in the UK, but ALL are chosen for their authenticity. Long term connections and working relationships over the years has grounded and strengthened our mission.
Our ROOTS..
The vision and name ‘Chi – Mind, Body & Spirit’ was channelled, and manifested in April 2004 at Tracee Cullen’s home initially. By October that year in 2004 as mentioned already, opened as a Holistic & Spiritual Centre in a sleepy North Devon village.. where she was born, and has always been her roots.
This business is led by her passion for wellbeing and healing, and forms the ethos of each product selected in the shop. As a qualified Holistic Therapist, Spiritual Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Aromatherapist, (making products and blends from the start for the shop and clients), Reflexologist, Numerologist and Meditation Teacher Trainer, we feel that by sharing this information, may help you ‘read’ the energy you already ‘feel’ here now, and that is given totally into each item you view and buy and use from these website pages.
