Ethos:
Founder Tracee Cullen has always personally sourced products, brands, and ingredients that feature within CHI – Mind, Body & Spirit. This is an intentional and intuitive process that is in alignment to wellbeing, as well as BEing passionate about sourcing natural resources, authentic origins, organic where possible and sustainable. This ranges from locally sourced products, and UK nationally wide, to hand picking Indian and Tibetan products through select wholesalers & overseas, in person.
International Wholesalers & Fairtrade:
Since 2011, as part of our expansion we have provided overseas spiritual retreats in Glastonbury, Greek Islands & India. As a natural progression Tracee personally selected locally sourced items in India from small independent businesses and wholesalers with ethos of fairtrade and shipped direct to the UK for CHI – Mind, Body & Spirit.
Supporting UK Small Businesses:
During our established years as a ‘physical shop’ in North Devon, we were known for supporting local small businesses, independents and self employed businesses, providing space for creatives to sell their handmade items. We always welcome collaboration, so get in touch!
In 2009 we launched our own Chi – Mind, Body & Spirit ORGANIC brand which includes Candles, Face and Body products, Massage oils Essential Oil Blends, lotions and potions!
* N.B. we do not yet have these online but hope to bring them to you soon, to re introduce the brand and make them more accessible.

FREE Postage – on orders over £50 (Standard Postage)
*Orders 3kg+ incur a ‘Heavy Item Postage of £5.95

USA
Currently we are unable to deliver to the USA
– hopefully restrictions are lifted soon.
Delivery
We send our orders via Royal Mail, Yodel and APC depending on your location, weight, source of products, and the best method to reach you safely and efficiently. Our focus is getting ethical products and maintaining the energetic resonance, from the most direct AUTHTIC source.
So, please note that sometimes we may send more than one parcel. Some items will come from our premises and some will be on route from our shipment, suppliers & at times will take a little longer if we are co-ordinating the very best way to fulfil your order from multiple countries.
We state that delivery can take 2-5 working days after dispatch.
This is to cover ourselves and maintain expectations.
* There will be deliveries that arrive the next day, but will depend on all the variables mentioned.
*Whilst we of course aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. We are definitely NOT about putting convenience / speed above authenticity. We built the last 20+ years on repeat business and Happy Customers so this works for us and you!
Damaged or faulty items
On the rare occasion that this may happen, then we of course would apologise, We accept that sometimes this can happen.
We offer free returns on faulty items.
What to do if you have a faulty item?
You will need to contact us within 48 hours to notify us and await instruction from our team on how to return the item.

What will we do if an item is faulty?
We will cover costs for standard return postage and either refund or exchange the goods, once you have contacted us directly.
Exchange or Return Goods
We will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original postage. You must notify us of a return or exchange within 14 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for the return postage. If you are returning an item we strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage, in case the parcel fails to reach us.
Once the goods are back with us at Chi – Mind, Body & Spirit Shop, we will refund you for the goods paid or send the exchange.
We will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original postage.
How can I cancel my order?
As a UK business, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (CCRs) This means that you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your ordered goods.
How do I do that?
Please return the goods to us at Chi – Mind, Body & Spirit Shop in the condition they were despatched in, with the original packaging and labels. Once you have notified us (which MUST BE WITHIN 14 DAYS of purchase), you have another 14 days to return the items to be received by us, in this time frame, and we will refund or exchange the items, as required by you.
Please Note: This is with exception of earrings, personalised goods and date sensitive items such as advent calendars.
This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We also advise that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

If you want to cancel your order before the order is sent, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately if it’s already been posted, it will be too late to retrieve your order, and the cost of postage to return the order will be for you to pay.
